SELF-PERFORM

We are a General Contractor that self performs the majority of our work.  Typically we self perform:

• Construction Layout and Surveying
• Excavation
• Concrete Formwork
• Rebar and Concrete Placement
• Rough Carpentry
• Yard Piping
• Process Piping
• Mechanical Equipment

The benefit to self performing a large portion of our projects is that is gives us more control over the budget, schedule and quality.

DESIGN-BUILD

RN is a leader in the Design-Build construction approach.  We have completed projects from 300k to over 10MM using this delivery method.  Many clients prefer this approach for reasons including:
