Copper Mountain Consolidated Metropolitan District

The project generally consists of construction to expand the District’s existing wastewater treatment facility to a new treatment capacity of 2.46 MGD. Construction includes repurposing existing facilities into equalization, anaerobic & anoxic basins, construction of new aeration basins, secondary clarifiers, disc filters, UV disinfection, odor control facilities and associated piping and buildings. All of the new facilities and modifications to the existing facilities must beconstructed while keeping the existing plant operation and within it discharge permit limits.
